PALO ALTO – Authorities are asking for the public’s aid in figuring out a man suspected of exposing his genitals to a substantial university student Tuesday early morning in Palo Alto.
The city’s 24-hour dispatch heart gained a contact at 9:05 a.m. reporting that an indecent publicity incident had occurred 15 minutes before on the 600 block of Arastradero Street, according to the Palo Alto Law enforcement Department. Officers went to the scene but did not obtain the suspect.
An investigation disclosed a substantial-university aged girl had been strolling westbound on the north sidewalk when she encountered a man masturbating following to a parked truck, police said. The man then manufactured eye contact with the girl and reported something to her in Spanish. The woman walked earlier the man and later on notified law enforcement about what experienced occurred.
